We work very long hours, evenings & weekends & the nature of our work means we are supporting the most vulnerable people in our community who are frequently suffering very severe mental or physical illness.
Our volunteers are very special people, without their compassion & dedication, we would not exist.

Nothing is too much trouble and it is of great comfort to know they are always at the end of the telephone to give help when it is most needed....The pick up and drop off service provided by Helplink is not an easy one as they are dealing with very elderly people suffering from considerable mental and dementia problems.
